Top 10 most inappropriate places to flirt

(The Frisky) -- Earlier this week, a juror in a Connecticut murder trial was chastised by the judge for passing a note to the court marshal asking him for a date. After being alerted to the note, the judge told the juror he was a "'romantic at heart," but not in the courtroom, and said sending the note was a "g------ dumb thing to do."

Letter to Jessie James

Posted by: SacScene in Untagged  on

Jessie,

You Stupid Bastard!  You cheated on Sandra Bullock?

How in the world can you be so stupid?  You are married to one of the most
beautiful women in the world. She has a body to die for and her current
wealth shadowed only by Oprah. Your wife, recently beat out Julia Roberts in
the polls and is now named " America 's Sweetheart."

You also remember, she just won an Oscar and praised you up and down in
front of the world while you were porkin' away. You are really a piece of
work!  You are the most hated asshole cheater on the planet! How can you
 live with yourself!

I only have one thing to say to the despicable, miserable, cheating piece of
shit that you are: Thanks for taking the heat off of me. Let's do lunch.

Movie Review - Repo Men (by Stoneman)

Posted by: SacScene in Untagged  on

If you don't mind a little gore... this is a solid and well paced Sci-Fi Action flick.  Personally, I am not usually a fan of Jude Law's films but he is more than acceptable in this one.  Forest Whitaker also plays a great part and does a great job of translating his character to the screen as always.  Finally, Liev Schreiber and Alice Braga round out the front of the cast for this one.

Set in the future, the film explores the operations of a very dark medical organization known as "The Union"; and lives of two of it's best henchmen.  The Organization can provide any artificial replacement for human existence from hearts and livers to eyes and ears.  The downside is, if you utilize the companies equipment, and default on the financing, the company will send its repossession experts to reclaim their property.

The premise more original than I first would have assumed.  Whitaker and Law play off each others characters well.  It has a little bit of symbolism thrown in here and there; for those who want to be a bit philosophic about things.  Everything is in place for the storyline to be effective without droning on about additional plots or elaborate explanations. But most importantly, the action scenes are fast and chaotic... Just the way any lover of Sci-Fi likes it.

So with that in mind, if the viewer is willing to let a few things slide... they are in for an interesting 2 hours or so.    Now this won't be a classic, but it has some good moments, and just a good popcorn munching movie.

Overall, 3.5 out of 5 stars.

How to decline Facebook friends without offence.

Posted by: SacScene in Untagged  on

A colleague I just met at work has invited me to be their friend on Facebook. I don't want to offend them, but nor do I want to share my candid photos and lousy Scrabble scores with someone I hardly know.

Can I ignore their invite?

"Can I be your friend?" might work as an ice-breaker among small children, but it's not a question you hear often between adults, at least not outside of Las Vegas.

Perception V.S. Reality In Dating

Posted by: SacScene in Untagged  on

1) Sometimes you may think everybody is
watching you when you approach a woman. You
may also think that they will make fun of you
and think bad things about you if you fail.
But in reality, most people don't care about
what happens to you because they are too busy
worried about what's going to happen to
themselves. In this scenario, what you perceive
in your mind is different than what reality
actually is.

with your full attention.

The Rule of Five in Dating

Posted by: SacScene in Untagged  on

Here's a new rule to my "Smart Dating System":

You can judge a person's character 99% of the time
by looking at the five closest people they associate themselves
with.

You may have heard that if you hang around with
criminals long enough, eventually you'll become one...or
that if you hang around with angry or depressed people,
eventually you may become one of them as well.

After helping men and women with their love lives
for almost a decade now, I must confirm the above theory
to be true. You ARE who you associate yourself with.

    Here are a few tests:

Take a look at the five people you spend the most time
with. Then...

1) Ask yourself if you have similar interests.

2) Take their average income. See if your own earnings
are close to that average.

Biggest Misconception About Being A Challenge To Women

Posted by: SacScene in Untagged  on

One of the questions I get from my readers all the
time is, "Marius, I love what you teach me about
acting like a challenge. I don't call women back when they
call me and I never show any interest in the women I
like. How come they are still not chasing after me?"

The answer is actually quite simple: Because
acting like a challenge does NOT equal to acting
aloof.

If you never call women back, they are going to
stop calling eventually.

If you never flirt with women, they aren't
going to keep on flirting with you.

    It's as simple as that.
